Guestbook Hotline
Invite guests to record a message on the Guestbook Hotline. You'll receive all your recordings as .mp3 audio files so you can replay the memories! We will bring a real phone to your Event so guests can leave their messages. Choose from our phone options, or bring your own phone!
Those who might not be able to attend, can also call in to the Guestbook Hotline. The Hotline offers many customizations, including multilingual support.

Custom Greetings
When your guests call the hotline, they will first hear a greeting, similar to a voicemail introduction. This greeting can be customized by you, or if you'd like we can provide a standard greeting.
To customize your greeting:

Upload your greeting below or in your Client Upload Folder linked on your Portal home page. We will add your greeting and have it ready for your event!
Just like a classic voicemail, you want to start with your name(s) and end by asking them to leave a message after the beep. You could also tell them what sort of messages you want to hear. For example, you could ask them to share their favorite memories or to answer a unique question about each of you.
Here are some other ideas for things you might want to include in your greeting:

Describe why this day is important to you.

Share a special memory or moment.

Read a meaningful quote or poem.

Try out your favorite joke.

Back in the 90s and 2000s, it was not uncommon to play a song along with your voicemail greeting. Pick your favorite jam and add that to the mix for a throwback vibe.

If you're brave and feeling musical, sing a song or drop a few of your best rap bars.
