Corporate events are not weddings, but the production problems are the same: speakers who need to be heard, an agenda that has to move, and a tone that has to shift on cue from welcome reception to keynote to celebration. We take the brief, write a run-of-show with your team, and operate quietly enough that the program reads as one event instead of a series of awkward transitions.
What we cover.
- Galas and award nights. MC support for the program, walk-up music for honorees, clean sound for the keynote, and a dance floor for after the awards are done.
- Conferences and general sessions. AV coordination with your house production, wireless mic management, walk-on music, and music beds between sessions so the room stays awake.
- Holiday parties. The brief is usually simple: people who barely see each other should leave feeling like they actually celebrated. We build the floor for that.
- Product launches and brand events. Reveal moments scored to the brief, lighting cues if you want them, and a DJ who knows when to lean back so the room can talk.
- Networking and welcome receptions. Volume tuned for conversation, music chosen to set the room rather than dominate it. We are good at being the floor underneath, not the show on top.
How we work with corporate planners.
We are used to working alongside in-house comms teams, agencies, and venue AV. We send a single point of contact, we share our timeline before the week of, and we show up early enough that load-in is invisible to your attendees. Insurance and W-9 are ready on request. Most of our corporate clients book us a second time, and the repeat booking is the metric we care about.

- Do you provide insurance documentation?
- Yes. We can provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 on request, and we are comfortable being added as additional insured for venues that require it.
- Can you coordinate with our venue's AV team?
- Yes. We work alongside in-house AV regularly and prefer to talk to the venue's tech contact a couple of weeks ahead so there are no surprises on load-in day.
- Do you handle the MC role for awards and recognition?
- Yes. We can MC the program ourselves, or we can hand off cleanly to an executive or an outside host and stay on cues, music beds, and walk-ons in the background.
- Can you run an outdoor event?
- Yes. Outdoor receptions, tented galas, and rooftop events are standard for us. We bring weather contingencies and extra coverage built into the plan.
- Is the playlist always corporate-safe?
- Yes by default. We default to clean edits and an audience-appropriate selection, and we adjust to your tone if the event leans more relaxed.
