A trained attendant runs the booth for the full rental window. They greet guests, demo the experience for anyone unsure, swap props between groups, and quietly handle the small things (a paper-out moment, a touchy guest signature) so the line never stalls. The booth is yours to enjoy too: we will absolutely pull you and the wedding party in for a few rounds.
What we need from your venue.
- Space. About an 8 x 8 footprint, plus a small adjacent table for prints and props.
- Power. One standard outlet within reach. We bring the rest.
- Floor. Indoors is ideal; outdoors is possible with a covered, level setup.
- Setup window. We need 60 to 90 minutes before the rental window starts so guests never see load-in.

MirrorBooth lives best between dinner and the open dance floor, when guests are looking for something to do between courses and conversations. - How long is a typical rental?
- Three to four hours of active booth time covers most receptions. We size it to your timeline and the parts of the night you want covered.
- How many prints can our guests take?
- Unlimited. Every person in a photo can take their own copy, and any guest can come back as many times as they want.
- Can we customize the print and the start screen?
- Yes. Both are designed for your wedding before the day, and we will send proofs for you to approve.
- Do you travel?
- Yes, throughout the region. Travel and overnight needs come up only on the longest trips and we are upfront about them.
- Can we add the MirrorBooth to a wedding where you are already DJing?
- Often, yes. Booking it together means one source running both, one point of contact, and one setup window the venue has to coordinate.
